Campy

While we were in town, we spent a week with Matt's family, doing what Matt's family does -- camping! As many of you know, my first tent camping trip was when I was 20 years old (with Matt's family, of course) and the camping experience is still pretty new. Thankfully, we took a tent trailer with us this time and bathroom was the next site over. That's about as rough as I get. As long as there are s'mores, however, I will have a good time!

These are Matt's cute sisters, both of whom recently went into the MTC (Tori to Switzerland Geneva and Megan to Ecuador)
My attempt at artistry.

We also went boating in this beautiful lake-reservoir-thing. I got an awesome rope burn that left a wicked bruise (which is unfortunately not pictured).

I think I'm getting better at camping. No showers, no make-up -- I could get used to that.

Hi guys!

Looks like you had fun. Remember, you can borrow our backpacking stuff ANYTIME you're in town.

Matt, I just went through all the papers I've been collecting for the last 25 years and I have a large number of letters that you wrote me. Anyways, my thought was that you've always been a good friend to me and I'm grateful for that.

I hope you are both wonderful.
