The treadmill made me cry.

Not exactly, but I thought it would be a catchy title.

I would like to welcome myself back into the blogging world by discussing the greatest thing to hit the National Broadcasting Company: The Biggest Loser. I have a Tuesday night date with these people which I almost never break.

There I was tonight, running at a pretty good clip (a result of me eating a little too much Mexican food while in Mexico), tears streaming down my face, gasping for breaths of air because of the whole you-can't-breathe-when-you-are-crying-and-running-at-the-same-time thing, because for the first time in Biggest Loser history, it looks like the girls will beat the boys! YAY FOR ALLI AND KELLY!

I'm not exactly sure why I'm so invested in this show, because TV doesn't usually do it for me. Maybe it's because I like to exercise. Maybe it's because I like to see people make positive and healthy changes in their lives. Excuse me for being sappy, but I am totally inspired by people acknowledging the issues in their life, taking responsibilty for them, and fixing them. Unfortunately, we don't all have the possibility of winning $250,000 on the horizon. Anyway...you can bet I'm going to be watching the finale next week. My next order of business is finding one of my Chicago friends who wants to have a little Biggest Loser finale party with me (no, M&A still do not have a TV). I'll bring the food...

You made me miss our American Idol parties in DC. Nobody here seems to be interested. Bummer!

I didn't cry either -but it was still amazing! Also I really really really don't want Mark to win - I just thought I would say that.

I wish that I had the strength to stop eating so much junk food. I admire all the people on this show as well.

I also find that show so inspirational!

Don't try watching Extreme Makeover: Home Edition at the gym...I think I've cried every single time I've watched an episode!

Cute blog:)
