Friends and the Dairy Godmother

On our way to North Carolina, we flew into DC and spent the next day with our friends and enjoying our former home of Alexandria, VA. We met up with Amber and fam for lunch and then we fully intended to go do something touristy, but after a 5:15 am flight, we were pooped.

We got together for dinner with our favorite friends, the Martins and the Blakesleys and they were kind enough to come to the Dairy Godmother with us, our very most favorite custard place (I just have to say that we were fans waaaaay before President Obama was). Anyway, we had a great time and loved seeing that crew.
