The spring

I just got back from a very fun trip, but I suppose I forgot to post any pictures from the spring. They follow; with a little bit of commentary.

We egg-hunted around Easter. We opted to not spend money on an Easter basket so he rocked a pumpkin Easter basket (and totally did not understand egg hunting at all).
Also, I think these matchy Gardner boys are cute.Tate continues to perfect the art of being adorable (he's not afraid to throw us off, however, by shrieking and thereby being less adorable).

A visit to Minneapolis to visit Alisa, Ryan, and Owen. We picked a particularly cold and rainy day to hit the sculpture garden, but we did pose for an iconic photo.
The dads and their boys -- and Tate in his aptly-named Popemobile.

We celebrated Dad's Day a little early because of scheduling conflicts, so I made Matt a banner and stuffed French toast. I also got him two gifts that he didn't want (clothes), which were later returned.
We celebrated a very hot day with our friends Katie and Ali by playing in a blow up pool. Tate had the time of his life.
