I love holiday decorating. Like, for real. It was definitely my favorite day of the year when we would get out all of my mom's zillions of holiday decor and decorate our perfect Christmas house (I usually got to set up the Christmas town, which I loved). Now that I don't live with my mom - and haven't for some time - I am still deciding what I want my own holiday "palate" to be. Trivial, maybe? Whatever. I think about it all the time.
Up until now I've been doing jewel tones, but I think I'll be changing this year to classic red and white, like this image from Martha Stewart. Isn't it so nice and clean and lovely and makes you want Christmas to be here now?!
Also, I was perusing Target yesterday (I really do love their holiday stuff) and came across THESE:

Your baby is so cute. I know Tate wasn't in this post, I was just looking on the sidebar. He's adorable. And I just made several holiday Target purchases. Like the flocked wreath. I can't wait to hang it up.
I am pumped!!! You know that I have an equal love for Mint m&ms. And now I am getting in my car and driving to Target. Seriously, right now.
Oh and the birthday pictures were just what I was hoping for. If only snuggle those cute little kids!
