Baby got butchered.

I really am so grateful to my courageous Matt, who was brave enough to cut Tate's hair because I was too chicken. However, Tate didn't want his hair cut and was squirming and crying, yet Matt persevered. And this was the result:

Matt says, "What's the difference between a good hair cut and bad hair cut? Two weeks." I don't know. Tate's hair is kind of fluffy when it's dry, so it doesn't look quite this bad...but it's pretty bad.

And we celebrated my good friend Andrea's birthday this week with a very homemade celebration at my house:

Tate was just hanging out underneath her birthday sign and I thought he looked cute.

At least he doesn't have a mullet. :) And can I tell you how jealous I am that you live by the beautiful Andrea? I love that girl!

I used to put Jens in the kitchen sink to cut his hair. I would fill it up with water and give him so good kitchen toys that he didn't see very often and it worked pretty well to keep him in one spot.

Ben just had his first hair cut as well....it took about 20 minutes and it was a challenge to keep him still, it took three of us!!

Ha! That's so funny about the haircut, because WE DID THE EXACT SAME THING! Only Jack's is way worse and I was the one to blame...haha! I've been meaning to post pictures of it too, so this made me laugh so hard. And cute decorations, Aliss. Miss you!
