Chicago kind of turned me on to St. Pat's Day and I really believe that no holiday should go un-celebrated. We had signed up to have the missionaries over that night, so they joined in the green-ness. I made corned beef and cabbage with vegetables and Irish soda bread.
As we were finishing getting ready for dinner, Matt wanted to take a picture of the table. Tate had put himself in his seat, clicked the tray on, and waited patiently until we were ready.

Rainbow dessert. Not exactly a high-brow dessert, but I looooove Fruity Pebbles.

You're pretty darn awesome, let me just say that. That is so fun! (And Tate is SOO cute!)
The food was absolutely delicious! I have never had better corn beef and cabbage. The bread was super yummy too. So fun! The Elder from Finland was thrilled to be celebrating St. Patrick's Day. Thanks for letting us join you!
