This working mom = exhausted.

This working mom = may have sobbed the entire way to work on her first day back

This working mom's baby = smiley

Chi-town = gray leftover slushy/snow

Olympics = nbc song da...da...da-da da da da

John Edwards = disappointment

Last night's Thai = scrrrrrumptious

Tate tot = 3 months!

Matt's knives sharpened = Valentine's Day present from me

V-day present to Matt = non-romantic

Valentine's Day = not specifically celebrated, but lots of love around here all the same


You'd have a hard time leaving him, too, right?

Good luck as you go back to work! I hope you figure out your new routine. I'm sure it will all work out. Little Tate is so cute. It is fun to see you two in your parent role. I hope you're doing well.

I am so proud of you. I could not do it. He is such a cute little boy! I would be a basketcase everyday too if I had to leave my babies at that age. (wait I still hate leaving them ...)

My first day back to work after I had Sydney I bawled {BAWLED} all the way to my mom's house, for several minutes at my mom's house, as I drove to work and when I pumped. It was slightly pathetic. And it was my mom who was watching her. It shouldn't have been that big of a deal. Aw well.
